What You’ll Do
- Follow up on leads / referrals and schedule appointments
- Conduct consultative needs discussions and identify appropriate coverage
- Present quotes/proposals and explain recommendations clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records in our CRM
- Follow through on next steps (applications, policy issuance, endorsements, servicing coordination)
- Track activity and results

- Consistent appointment setting and follow-up
- Strong conversion from quote → sale
- High-quality, error-free documentation
- Positive client feedback and retention
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding + product training
- Coaching and review
- Marketing/lead support
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Life & Health Insurance License
- Experience in sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with CRM and documentation
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
